Interior Window Panes
All interior panes are cleaned using spay bottles with our proprietary window cleaning solution. This insures that each window gets clean fresh window cleaning solution as oppose to the mop and bucket technique where the solution over time gets dirtier. We use approved window cleaning equipment including sponges (not your dish ones), mops, squeegees, and window scrapers.
Exterior Window Panes
The exterior windows are also cleaned using our spray bottle technique and approved window cleaning products. Along with those we have a number of different size ladders and poles for reaching the high and difficult locations. While we are cleaning the exterior windows we also remove the screens and clean those as well.
Window Screens
Each window screen is removed, sprayed with the window cleaning solution, and then hand wiped with a towel on both sides. The outer frame of the window screen is cleaned along with the exterior window panes and then placed back.
Window Tracks & Sills
The tracks and sills are sprayed with the window cleaning solution and then wiped clean with a towel. If there are a lot of bugs then a small shop vacuum will be used to clean the track before spraying and wiping down. If the tracks have stains and/or mold then other cleaning solutions may need to be used.
